This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to services provided by WALIDOS LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”). We offer strategy, SEO, paid advertising, branding, content, social media, and related digital marketing services. Because our work is service-based and time-bound, refunds are limited as described below.
1) Deposits & project start
Unless otherwise stated in a proposal/SOW, we may require an initial deposit to secure scheduling and begin work. Deposits are applied to the total project fee and are generally non-refundable once work has started or resources have been reserved.
2) Cancellations by the client
You may cancel a project by emailing contact@walidosllc.store. Upon cancellation, you agree to pay for:
- All work completed up to the cancellation date (tracked time, approved milestones, produced assets).
- Any committed third-party costs (ad spend, software, data/tools, stock, freelancers) that are non-recoverable.
3) Refund eligibility
- Before work begins: deposits may be refundable less administrative/booking costs.
- After work begins: refunds are not guaranteed. We may provide a pro-rata refund for any unperformed portion at our discretion, net of costs and delivered value.
- Completed/Delivered work: non-refundable.
4) Retainers & ongoing services
For monthly retainers, cancellations apply to the next billing cycle if submitted at least 14 days before the renewal date. Retainer fees already billed or in progress are generally non-refundable.
5) Changes & pauses
Scope changes may affect pricing and timeline. If you request a temporary pause, we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate; however, reserved time may be billed and deadlines rescheduled.
6) Third-party platforms & spend
Media budgets and platform fees (e.g., Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, email tools) are paid by the client directly unless expressly included. Such third-party charges are not refundable by WALIDOS LLC.
7) Quality & revisions
We aim for measurable results and professional deliverables. Reasonable revisions within the agreed scope are included; new requests or out-of-scope changes may be quoted separately.
8) Result expectations
Marketing outcomes depend on many variables (industry, competition, budgets, platforms, seasonality). No specific results are guaranteed. See our Disclaimer.
9) Disputes & chargebacks
If you have concerns, please contact us first. Initiating a chargeback without giving us an opportunity to resolve may be considered a breach of contract. We will provide documentation of work performed and costs incurred.
10) How to request a refund
Email contact@walidosllc.store with your project details, dates, and reason for the request. We review requests in good faith and respond within a reasonable time.
11) Policy updates
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date reflects the current version.
